Addyson Gale Cessna weighed in at 13 pounds and 12 ounces, which may be the biggest baby ever born at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital outside Kittanning, Armstrong County.

Mrs. Cessna thought she had a Piper Cub.

That's pretty darn close to the weight of any two of our kids combined.

Our youngest was born at home with the help of a midwife and was 13 lbs 8 oz and 23 in. tall. (at that size, I use height instead of length)

Is this related to the Twinkie story?

"born at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital outside Kittanning, Armstrong County."

Evidently, too large to be born inside Kittanning.

I think I speak for most ladies when I say, "OOOOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCCCCCHHHHHHH"! Sometimes when women give birth to babies this large it's an indication of pre-diabetes in the mother. I hope this isn't the case here. My babies all weighed around 8 lbs when they were born. Of course they couldn't wear all the cute little newborn outfits I had for them because they were too small. This baby will probably have to start out wearing stuff in the toddler section.

Ditto nursecindy.

I thank God every day for my gender . . .

That's gonna leave a mark.

The next child will be called "323".

That's not a baby. That's a Thanksgiving turkey.
