Typical. No jelly wresting at Cambridge but over at Oxford they still have the tradition of burning a £50 ($100) note (bill?) in the face of a tramp (hobo) to join their most exclusive club.
I don't know why I provided the American translation except it pretty hard to believe in English as it is...

I'm guessing you could look through the folio of English literature and never see the words " anti-jelly " and " vitriol " used together again.
