Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air Theme Song Prompts School Lockdown

(Thanks to Jeff Meyerson, who says "Wait until they hear Copacabana.")

Thank God is wasn't this theme song. He'd be in Guantanamo.

From one of my favorite war movies:

Release the boy. Shoot the father.

Gett'en jiggy with it!

Or possibly "giggy". There is no one on the geezer bus who knows for sure which one it is.

Remembering blogits past, I would sing, "Gettin' Higgy wit' it."

Will Smith has a lot to answer for.

Like that awful WILD WILD WEST movie...

The father asks: "How is he supposed to go back to school and face his classmates?" With a hearty round of high-fives, one supposes.

Maybe there's an ear doctor in the same building and the receptionist can get her hearing checked.

He'd have avoided trouble altogether if he'd used
this theme song
instead. Of course, he would have needed someone with him for the duet.

This secretary wasn't named Grace by any chance, was she?

"...while this situation can be considered to be a false alarm, it was an excellent opportunity to test our emergency procedures.”

So he'll get a reward?
