Very similar to the decision of the United States Postal Service to retain the services of the postman who defecates in residential yards.

A local council is refusing to sack a binman who defecated on a pensioner's drive.
What kind of drive was it? Hard drive, dirt road,

Shoddy reportage....but thank god no pics!
