I generally find these "human statues" kind of creepy.
However, one does not treat another person with the kind of personal-space invasion and total disregard of dignity as Wet Willie did.

At first I thought the busker had done a Free Willie on the statue. Wet Willie is just about as bad, though.

No charges against the guy that was acting like an @ss? He needed punching.

For a statue, it showed remarkable flexibility.

If this ever goes to trial, the courtroom should be a site to see. Can you imagine what a jury of his peers would look like?

I hope the statue guy won't face any disciplinary actions over this, especially since he's never lost his cool before. I imagine those performers do have to put up with a lot of crap from the occasional idiots, drunk or otherwise. Maybe some signs need to start being put up during these performances informing people of basic etiquette.

If there is ever a time when a punch in the face was deserved, that was it.

In all seriousness, that performer's only wrong doing was omission of follow-on pummeling.
Whoever felt the need to "investigate" the performer needs a good smack as well.
