Police in Naperville view unusual behavior differently -- usually with Tasers.

I must confess Dave, excerpt #2 leaves me wanting more, much more, there's been many a time I've wanted to shoot a jet ski up here in Maine, and I'm glad to know it's actually happening somewhere, even a fictional somewhere is good...those fictional jet ski shooting people can come to Maine anytime, really, please extend my open armed welcome - thanks
