"i'd like Honda pizza"
"You'd like to order a pizza?"
'yes, Honda pizza'
"Ok, what would you like on da pizza?"
"yes, i want Honda pizza!"
"Right, ON da pizza...what do you want ON da pizza?"
'YES! I WANT HONDA PIZZA!!!'

I haven't heard a pizza called a "pie" since the '50s.

I think I heard it back in the 80s. We were in an Inn in Ireland, and this little hospital catering manager schmuck from Jersey was telling a story about somebody he knew. Seems this guy had a heart attack, and the next thing you know "he was out of the hospital and he's ordering a pizza pie!"
That phrase and the accent that went with it has stuck with me for 30 years.
