The cold can be an advantage. I still remember having to use a clogged toilet in a Mexican "Primero Especial" class train car; muy fragrante.

I've known people who lived in trailers in Wisconsin who claimed their toilets often had a glaze of ice over the water, but this is way purtier than that.
