So as I read this, she's got a couple of very recent fleeing charges, plus at least an assault on an officer, and they only want $23k bond? Seems light, but what do I know?
And what's up with the paper towels? Why was she driving around with 'em?

Well now if I ever come across a trail of soiled paper towels I won't have to wonder what's at the other end.
