Southwest may be known for any number of things, but being "customer friendly" is not one I would have included in the list.


Southwest can just drop them off at my front gate. Everybody from the blog is invited over for the free grog.

The lawyer gets 2.4 million free beers as his cut of the class action settlement.

If you can afford the business select fares, you shouldn't be griping about a $5 beer.

But I respectfully disagree with Omni--I've found Southwest's customer service to be much better and more effective than other airlines. Just my experience and IMHO.
