ALSO A JOB WITH HEALTHCARE BENEFITS

The owner of a monkey caught wandering outside an Ikea store in Toronto says the tiny primate should have the "right to choose" who he wants to live with.

If the monkey was a union member there would be no problem. his fellow apes would just beat 'em all up.

Born free...free to follow your dream...

Tomorrow's headline: Drunk monkey found gorging on bananas in fruit warehouse.

He's in Canada. He already has healthcare benefits.

" He doesn't tell me what tunes to play, and I don't tell him what to do with his money. "

I know some people who had themselves declared an "emancipated minor" by the court. Maybe Darwin could do that.

Sigh. It's a rhesus macacque. The little bugger is going to get to be 18 to 20 pounds of adult monkey with teeth and an attitude. Macaca mulatta is not a pet. Furthermore, it's a social animal. Raising one without a group of other mindless, backbiting little monkeys to interact with is cruel. Therefore, send it to Washington.

I bet if the monkey pulls off its mask you will find Snooki.

At our local IKEA it's Midnight Madness tomorrow. Gonna give it a miss 'cause the place is always a zoo.
