This happened at my local Walmart. I know the cop who was spit on. This is not this guy's first encounter with the constabulatory.
BTW - One of the comments reads, "Dave Barry could not be reached for comment." I don't get it either.

In Michigan law enforcement news, four or so County agencies, plus the FBI and BATFE just busted a guy for a string of 20+ random road-rage shootings (in which he actually managed to hit one person, in the buttocks.) I report the following without the slightest media bias whatsoever, but it is true that his twitter account included rants in favor of ... well, one of America's great political parties.
A spokesman did indicate that there was no indication that he was naked during any of the incidents. The suspect, not the spokesman.
