I gnu a guy who shot his ownself in the foot ... he wanted to avoid the draft, and goin' to Viet Nam ... (IANMTU!) ... also, in a figurative sense, a lotta political-type-gendered people shoot theirselfs in the foot every day ...
Mebbe this kid wuz gonna run for public office?

Ok, I'm cool with all of this except the "shooting into an occupied dwelling" charge. Was that because he was occupying it? Are the cops saying he staged a drive by on himself?
Reminds me of an anecdote about Confederate General Braxton Bragg who was such a contentious so-and-so that (so the story goes) he was reprimanded by his superior officer for quarreling with himself.

Google "DEA agent" and "foot", then watch one of the video results that come up. It's especially hilarious to hear the audience's reaction when he asks his assistant to hand him an M4. (Next time a cop tells you that civilians can't handle guns...)
