Having seen women maneuver baby strollers between the displays at KMart at Christmas, I can believe this. Easily.

The "story" linked actually explained that fairly well ... frum the headline, I wuz under the impression that there were only eight people in Europe who can actually park a vehicle properly ... not that I'm suggestin' that ANY European drivers actually DO park vehicles accordin' to sum sorta plan ...

It may be useful advice and a new concept for women drivers, but most men live by that rule.
