I bet the fish shot him.

Well at least he wasn't using dynamite.

A sure sign the relationship is in trouble-- girlfriend doesn't believe your story about getting shot in the head.

Who goes fishing with a shotgun? Other than this guy?
Posted by: nursecindy | October 02, 2012 at 12:55 PM
Must have been using dum-dum bullets.

There appear to be very limited treatements for stupid. Maybe the .22 was the best on a short list of options.
Posted by: Cheesewiz | October 02, 2012 at 01:22 PM
that would be treatments.

I could see why a person wouldn't want to tell their girlfriend why they had been shot. He should probably tell his wife first.

Rum dum. Why would you take a .22 rifle with you when you go fishing? You take a couple of fishing poles, a tackle box and some worms. Go trolling around the lake and catch some fish.

There's something fishy about this story

Those salmon can be dangerous; you want something bigger than a .22 for self-defense. Otherwise, they can clean you out lox, stock, and barrel.

did they check him for baited breath?
Posted by: ligirl | October 02, 2012 at 05:31 PM
Hmmm I don't know why you would take a .22 fishing. I usually take a 12 gauge slug gun. That's because I'm competing with bears for the salmon. Maybe they have tiny little bears in Washington? Just to set the record straight, I have never shot myself while fishing or any other time.

Attention non-fisherpersons. If you go fishing in snaky areas, like back home, it's common to take along a .22 or, if you are a lifetime member of the N.R.A., a Kalashnikov. And beer.

I think fishing always comes to this, sooner or later.

I bet the dog did it.

He shoots, therefore he is. Or was, depending.

This is an example of the importance of science education. When attempting to make up excuses for wounds...

In a world full of BS, America is falling behind.
