This foil recording says""Look at me; I don't know the song...."
Subsequent (since destroyed) recordings had him cursing when he repeatedly screwed up. They were the first recorded incidents of curses, foiled again.

Well...no. The first recording was Edison himself reciting "Mary had a little lamb" in 1877. He rerecorded it some years later for posterity.
