A dress that is fine for a night out in the clubs just looks skanky when when worn during the day. She probably went home with some guy from a club and didn't want everyone to think she was a slut, so she didn't wear the dress on her way home.

Journalistic lies! She was most certainly NOT wearing only knee-high boots. She was clearly also wearing a pair of strategically placed rectangles.
