In a rather unusual twist, authorities released a photo of Herrera from the waist down, with her polka-dotted skirt is pulled up to reveal the stash.
Obviously a male reporter wrote this story. That's not a polka-dot skirt. It's an animal print skirt. Get your facts straight.
