I'm with nursecindy on this one: why didn't they just take the radio away after the second warning?
Perhaps the New Hampshire cops were just lonely and found her

Using a frying pan in domestic negotiations is a hallowed tradition, even if there is a doctrinal dispute over whether the pan is mightier than the rolling pin. See any number of old Jiggs and Maggie strips (Bringing Up Father) for examples and instructions.

There was something like that on the news the other day from Helmand province in Afghanistan. Some loud music and the Taliban police getting really pissed off about it. I am not sure what exactly happened after seventeen people were unable to post bond.

C'mon, how are you not supposed to play Highway to Hell at full volume?
And I am impressed that the police in this area were able to process her 4 times in 24 hours. That shows public servants are able to handle their paperwork in an efficient manner.
