In some cities, a challenge to the government like that would have the participant ending up as plant food.

I like the idea, though.

There is a simple solution to this problem. Find out where the members of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority live and then return the trash. Only this time put it in their front yards so they'll be sure not to miss it.

Philadelphia to businessman: "You did build that! Now un-build it."

I think Philly was afraid of the headline "Man injures self picking up trash, sues city."

City of Brotherly Love -- working around the clock to enhance our image across the nation.

We're just glad someone else looks like a big idiot for a change.

A lot without 40 tons of trash will stick out like a sore thumb in Philadelphia. I can see why they are upset. What if someone demands that the city clean up the rest of the trash. That burg looks like an uncapped landfill. Why anyone lives there, I don't know. Ori Feibush, vote with your feet. Philadelphia doesn't deserve you. You would be welcomed in Anchorage. Especially if you serve good coffee.
