PETER AND THE STARRRRRRCATCHER MUSTACHE CONTEST
I just left the Brooks Atkinson Theater, where Matthew Saldivar -- who plays Black Stache in Peter and the Starcatcher -- and I judged the mustache contest. Among the winners were these two wenches, who knitted their mustaches while waiting in in line:
Also winning were these young buccaneers (and their mom):
There were many styles of mustaches on display, made from many materials, including cotton...
....and cardboard.
Some mustaches were held on with Scotch tape.
There was also a mustache-wearing bunny:

arrgh, and i am back here in albany.... i cannt believe that a mobscene of hassidim didnt stop by. but on my way back to albany yesterday - spotted a couple peeps in penn station who were dressed for the events!
