MY TOWN

MIAMI, Sept. 13 (UPI) -- A defense lawyer posted a photo of her client's leopard-print underwear on Facebook, prompting a judge to declare a mistrial in the Florida man's murder trial.

Why would a lawyer want to work as a public defender in Miami when they could have an exciting job in Flathead County?

I'm betting the lawyer was looking for a way to get out of defending this (alleged) scumbag.
