Wouldn't everyone working in a mall qualify?

As a parent who has survived 3 teenagers(with the help of my lovely wife) I have this message for the guy:
YOU GOT OFF EASY! STOP YOUR BITCHING AND GET ON WITH YOUR LIFE!

This had to be a piece of cake compared to The Gap Boxing Day sale. Also, both kiddy-winkles back to university today. Hubby away. Need virtual hugs.

On the other hand, my Dad used to quote something he heard when he was serving in Ceylon (Sri Lanka) during WW2. "I cried because I had no shoes, until I saw a man who had no feet".

Hugs from DrPat, whose spouse left on a two-week trip this morning. I know what you mean.
On the other hand, now that the cat's away...

((Jan))
That should have been () instead of the angle delimeter for an HTML tag...

Pat. WTF?

Allen, as I said before, the only people who care about the conventions are the prostitutes and the lobbyists.
Wait, I said prostitutes twice...

Ms. Flukey, I totally agree. I have been pointedly ignoring the convention.
Posted by: Elon | September 05, 2012 at 08:04 PM
What convention?
Posted by: Wolfsong | September 05, 2012 at 08:36 PM
All I know about the convention in Charlotte is I can't get to my favorite mall to go shopping.
Posted by: nursecindy | September 05, 2012 at 09:03 PM
Cindy. Forget the mall. Do what I did yesterday and head to your LYS and load up.

Good Lord...
American lawyers formerly working out of strip malls have now invaded Russia...

A great idea Jan and I will be yarn shopping later today.

"LYS"?
I hate to admit ignorance, especially since it happens so often, but did I miss something or is this woman-speak?

Local Yarn Store Steve. It's the first port of call for us gals (and yes, even guys) in times of distress/crisis/loneliness/potential apocalypse/itchy credit card-itis.
Posted by: Jan in Grimsby | September 06, 2012 at 09:43 AM
We call that the State Store and they don't sell no yarn.

Loudmouth, we here in PA have State Stores too. Many a yarn were spun after a visit there.
