The last line says "The 10th car wash will entitle them to free sex". So, why don't we hear about anyone suing them for false advertising?

This may be an unfortunate development from some people's point of view, (not mine, of course...) but it seems to be overstating the case just a smidge to call fascism.

What a misleading headline - it is 10 car washes to get the free sex, not nine. I understand reporters are not experts in everything, but they should be able to do basic math.
