The "he" in my previous post refers to the horse, not the Herr.

And ... coming out of the last turn, it's Hitler by a length, but Franco is coming up very fast along the rail! Right behind him, Mussolini is a solid third, but here comes Osama bin Racin' on the outside! In the pack, I can see Manuel Noriega, Idi Amin, Josef Stalin falling back a bit, and Oliver Cromwell is dead last.
