I'm still hoping that I can bring my welding tools into the kitchen for my online community college class. The connection is a lot better than it is in the garage.

Well, I already knew about power tools for personal grooming. See my pamphlet, "Bench Grinders and You. That callous is TOAST!"
One hint: NEVER use a hedge trimmer for ANY KIND of hair care! (That's why my picture isn't on my publications).
Can't wait to try some of these suggestions in the kitchen.
My wife just informed me that, no, I won't try this.
Bummer.

Steve, wife won't let you? Coleman stove in the garage.

Why not. Butchers use bandsaws. Chefs use blowtorches. I remember someone using a drill to power a rotisserie. I'm breaking out the Porter Cable kit tonight. That lump of frozen meat can't match my sawzall.

Loudmouth,

I think that chef using a drill to power a rotisserie was Alton Brown. He's been known to use various power tools for culinary applications.

I think that a knife is enough to properly slice a Ham. If chainsaw is used, lot of pig meat would get wasted!
