What padraig said. Getting hit by ionizing radiation is a harsh punishment for being drunk and stupid.

And this is one of the countries with children that outperform ours on math and science?

Isn't this how super heroes/villians are created? Maybe he'll soon grow mutant luggage pieces off his body and turn to a life of crime.

Howard, obviously this guy's parents also rode through a desert on a horse with no name too. They probably can't agree on anything.

Does the same company run security at both JFK and Fiumicino? It would explain a lot.

I don't know about the effects, but he does seem to have a certain "glow" about him.
