For reasons that are best left unspecified, I have a dead drop phone that was purchased with cash in one location. Phone minute cards are purchased with cash from a different store in a non-adjacent county.
When needed, the phone can be activated by a laptop purchased with cash at a National Coffee Shop after using cash to purchase a cup of overwraught joe.
And then these folks used a loyalty rewards card? And got away with it for a decade? Sheesh.
