If there ever was a person who earned the right to carry an open beverage in public, it would be this man.
Should we start a chant? FREE JACK>>> uhm, someone else should start it and I'll join in.

If his parents are not already deceased, he should legally be allowed to kill them.
Encouraged, actually.

Bwahahahahahahaha!
Poor guy. What chance did he have with that name?
"Uh, I see you're applying for a job Mr. Mudd. What's your first name?"
"Jackmeoff."
"Excuse me?"
"You heard me, m....f...."

I'd be mad too if that were my name! Who would do that to a kid?

Actually, his birth name is "Johnmeoff." The "Jack" version is a nickname, but it's what all his friends have called him since junior high.

Wasn't it nice of Broward County to provide the CBS logo in the background of their mug shot?

Quoth the Blog: "There's classy...and then there is Florida classy."

If he looked like Brad of Denzel it could be somewhat tolerable. However ...
Want to knit him some socks. No. Wait. He's got enough on his plate.

No ambiguity. At least you know where you stand...or kneel...with the guy.

We should NOT make fun of people's names.

This sort of thing isn't uncommon among people who have done time -- they get bored and find books in the jail library on legal topics like how to change your name, etc. We saw a post some time back about a guy in the northwest who'd changed his name to Yeehaw Hoohoo Eatmyshorts or something intelligent like that.
Problem is, they do it at our expense.

In the future, he will have a cousin named Harry.
(Sorry, obscure Star Trek reference)

While student teaching, I ran across a kid with the given name of Jack Mayoff. Needless to say, he chose something else as a nickname...
