I saw this the other day. The only surprise was that Mayor Bloomberg didn't comeup with it first.

Hey, my town has an evening limousine service whose ONLY fee is signing a promise to pay $200 if you throw up. Seems to be a going enterprise.

Why not just have cabs with steel seats and floor with a center drain and hose in the trunk?
