Well, you know how those big kitty cats can be. That would be a good idea to send the Tiger to Washington, so he can lift his hind leg and take a whiz. (funny).

The Chinese consider it good luck and "auspicious" to get peed on by a tiger so long as the tiger does not also devour you. Makes a lot of sense.
