SEND THESE PILOTS TO WASHINGTON

TWO pilots from the Brazilian Air Force could be in trouble for flying too close to the Brazilian Supreme court and shattering all the windows. The pilots were flying Mirage 2000s - a French-made plane that can fly at twice the speed of sound - and the shockwaves from the planes shattered all the windows at the Supreme Court.

Surrender is imminent.

This is one Frenchified idea that has sum merit ... where can I get me one of them planes?

um ... does the SCOTUS have windows?

Nah -- a Mirage is too expensive and takes too much airstrip to get off the ground. What you want (and me, too) is one of these babies.

"Cute" doesn't quite make it, to describe that aircraft, Omni' ... but it's neat-o ... however, prolly won't do Mach II and trash the windows ... rattle 'em prolly ...

Yeah, the Mirage is a bit obsolete, really ... approx the same age as the F-4 Phantom, innit? (Tooken a ride in the back seat of one of those ... a person would pay at least $5 fer a ride like that @ any amusement park-type place ...)

Goose, I feel the need... the need for speed!

Pffft! Give me a B.B. gun and I can do the same thing cheaper.

And Cindy, you're more likely to make the blog that way -- especially if you do in the nude and in Florida.

O--
It competes with the F-16 and MIG 35. It is considered fourth generation.

NMUA ... tnx ... I don't keep up with that sorta info the last several years (decades?) ...

The "fourth generation" is whut fooled me ... I dismember when the 1st wuz perty fancy stuff, but that wuz ... um ... a LOTTA years ago ... so, whilst my comment wuz based in fact, the data wuz as obsolete as my remark ...

Dang. I hate it when that happens ... which is why I often preface my Cliff Clavinisms with a disclaimer that sez "when I wuz a lot younger ... and it wuz six miles, uphill both ways, barefoot, in the snow ..."
