MEANWHILE DOWN UNDER

The male officers attended the Humpty Doo Tavern in northern Australia after reports of a disturbance, only to be greeted by an amorous group of women who proceeded to try to take the officers’ clothes off.

Reminds me of a historical film.

"GALAHAD: Look, let me go back in there and face the peril?
LAUNCELOT: It's too perilous."

Sounds like some wild women at the Humpty Doo Tavern. Poor fella (Ha)

Did you say amorous or amorphous ?

nursecindy, is that you?

You know, Jeff, I haven't seen her in a couple of days....

As G-d is my witness, I thought they were strippers.

With apologies to the old SNL "commercial":

He's a stripper!
He's a cop!
He's both...a stripper and a cop!

The Humpty Doo Tavern: a place to see and be seen.

In "Serve and Protect", "Serve" comes ahead of "Protect". These ladies needed "Service"; they didn't get it.

I was going to write (in typical pirate-fashion) "Baton down the hatches!" but I decided not to....

(And yes I know the proper phrase is "batten down..." but how funny would that be?)

You have right to remain.

My friends in the law enforcement community consider themselves lucky if someone buys them a drink. I'd be willing to bet this place is going to get a LOT of visits by the male members of the local police.

Judi?

The Humpty Doo Tavern? What were they thinking? Oh, wait, Australia ... never mind.

Happens to me all the time.

"?"

Amazing how much fire and ice can be packed into a single question mark....
