Omni, I for one would vote for president Bloomberg in a heartbeat. I have had it with those people who live life like they are on the set of a musical. It's time to start cracking down!

Since they weren't inside a subway car and weren't dancing for money, I can see why the cop was confused.

Having cleared up its backlog somewhat, the Supreme Court should have plenty of time to look this over. Given the precedent of Terry vs Ohio, I expect that we'll see the fourth amendment restricted again, in cases where the officer has reasonable suspicion that a person may, in fact, be Fred Astaire in disguise.
