Not exactly the most fearsome shark of all time. I was kinda hoping for a 15 footer.

Believe it or not, with some species, this is about it.
I saw a tourist fishing in the surf at St. Augustine who panicked when a shark hit his bait as he was reeling it back in.
He kept saying, "It hit about 8 feet away from me!"
"And it's only about a foot long!" I replied.
"Jaws" the prequel.

Ho-hum. Lawyers are selling themselves every day. Just not for a measly $100.

As long as it wasn't drinking a 32 oz. sugary drink I don't see a problem.

What? He's just selling really fresh sushi. You can get anything delivered in Manhattan.
