I'm waiting for Mayor Mike to turn his massive townhouse into a series of 300 square foot apartments. I figure he could easily house 20 or 30 homeless New Yorkers there.

And no, folks, those kids in the black and white photo weren't solving a jigsaw puzzle.

A) Bloomberg and his cronies must own a bunch of tenements that need rehab.
2: Drink one more 32 oz. Coke and you won't fit.

New York needs to get Boobberg in one of those apartments and then nail the door shut.

Feng shui nightmare!

Loumouth gets it - the real reason why the Mayor banned large sodas and trans-fats, he's trying to get people small enough to fit into his new 3/4ths size apartments for the same rent. What a cunning plan.

No, Meanie: Feng shui challenge!
Actually, the chi collapses compactly on a slide-out tray under the built-in stovetop.

300 square feet is the size of many FEMA trailers. Not luxurious, but not a jail cell. The mayor should move in first to set an example.
However, the building will need some communal amenities or it will turn into a chicken coop. Free-range tenants are much happier.

Rent will still be too expensive. And because they are NEW
apartmentscubicles, there will be norent control.
