The Health and Human Services inspector general said it sampled 100 claims made with Pos-T-Vac.....
Exactly how did they 'sample' these pumps anyway?

They still advertise these things heavily on Kansas TV.
Apparently there are a lot of

They need better proof of delivery.
May I suggest printing "Penis Pump" in large red letters on the package so the neighbors can verify delivery?
