I assume that Dave will be scheduled on Craig's show, but will be bumped at the last minute, with the promise that he will be on a future show, from which he will be bumped at the last minute...

I heard that Dave may or may not have written a book, and will be pitching it on Craig's show, provided a) Craig isn't drunk, b) the show doesn't go long and c) Dave can find a blue shirt in the costume department.
