At Stop-and-Rob, I took customer satisfaction seriously. I also was really good friends with the 911 operators.

She wouldn't have wanted to have to order another cab and wait.
That would be stupid.
(Happened in the town I grew up in; guy robbed a bank and had a teller call him a cab. He (the robber) was found to be mentally uncertain).
