Come on -- you can't expect them to build a road that would hold the weight of a minibus. Be reasonable.

My home town has clearly outsourced its pavement work to the PRC. "There's holes in the street, it seems so familiar ..."

wait..."NO PADDING ZONE" ?
I saw a sign in a BBQ joint once in Pasadena,Texas
once that read:
MEN-NO SHIRT,NO SERVICE
WOMEN-NO SHIRT,FREE BEER.
