BTW, due to numerous deaths, cops are now advised not to tase people in the chest, but I haven't heard any recommendations against zapping them in the buttocks.

"awaiting trial on a Jan. 9 felony DUI arrest when he was arrested" - pretty much sums it up. A guy's gotta do something while awaiting trial.
