The train couldn’t stop in time and rode over the man. By the time it stopped, he was found by CP personnel under the 26th rail car.
“The guy seemed to wake up and he got up, grabbed his beer and headed on his way,” said RCMP Sgt. Dave Dubnyk.
"Hold my beer and watch this, eh?"

This is a common "problem" wherever trains slow down to switch tracks, or in rail yards, and the site is anywhere near to dispensers of booze ... I wuz nearby when a similar event (with fatal consequences) happened in Gallup, NM ... sum folks simply don't grasp the danger of RR tracks and whut machines travel on 'em ...
Beer, eh? Wonder if it wuz Blue, or Old Vomit ... eh?

He HAD the winning lottery ticket. That's what he was celebrating. If he follows the rails far enough he may find it again.
