It seemed that it was far more important to the reporter to say than it was for me to hear that the chicken in question was "rotisserie."

I can see how someone could eat a chicken leg while driving but an entire rotisserie chicken? I'm impressed!

I don't understand why he was ticketed, are the police suggesting it would have been safer for him to have steered with his hands while holding the chicken with his knees?
