Of course, the reporters never tell you what kind of plague it is. Some viruses may require lockdowns, but
farting plague just needs lots of fresh air.

This particular "enclave" is operating right next door to Camp Pendleton Marine Corps Base, too. And substantial underground tunnels have been identified, some of them extending in the direction of the base boundaries.
I'm just sayin'...
