Dave, you're being too hasty. We should study the issue and determine if another study is a good idea.

Typical government obfuscation.
I think we need a study to determine why this happens.

Personally, I always waited until two days before the final.

Davec's Law - the inevitable result of any government funded study is that more study is required.
First Corollary - The person most qualified to do the follow on study is the one who did the first study.
Final Result – Endless useless studies will continue as long as the “free” money is available.

Visualize John Cleese or Graham Chapman (RIP) or Peter Bergman (RIP) saying this:
"Military precision??!???"
We're losing all the old madmen. Caroll Shelby (RIP) is dead, Mrs. Omni tells me.

It is things like this that make me want to laugh then I realize I'm paying for the US government and I want to cry.
Posted by: max | May 11, 2012 at 10:10 PM
Wait. You're paying for the US government? I wondered who was. Will you please stop?
Posted by: Omniskeptic | May 11, 2012 at 10:26 PM
If anyone needs me, I'll be in my study.

Caroll Shelby died?
Wow. Missed that one. A legend.
Tnx, Omni' ...

The Shelby GT500 Mustang - best care made. Of course if the government were designing it they would still be in the study phase. Their motto - study everything to death and nothing gets done.
