maybe they thought it was a meth lab

What leg did they mark with chalk to check how long she'd been there?

Was it a posted no-dog parking area? If not, she should take it to court!

And exactly how does one "block the pavement"?
I mean, Shatner, Gov. Christie maybe, but a dog???

The traffic warden was overheard saying, "Here's one for your car and your little dog too." Free Tessa!

Need a foto of the dog, instead of a file picture of a parkin' meter ... c'mon ... slipshod journalism, yet again ...
