This does not disappoint me in the least ... when I wuz werkin' in SoCal, drivin' back "home" after werk on the freeway, it never bothered me that the Porsche in the next lane wuz ALSO cruisin' along @ 4.2 mph ...
Yeah, a little Schadenfreude never hurt ennybuddy very much ... especially if enjoyed @ the benefit of a person who thinks rules don't apply to them merely becuz they've got too much money ...

We had the same thing happen in Kansas City last winter (2010),,,,they did repairs to on ramps on
U.S.69 and did not have very effective signs blocking access. Then it snowed but the concrete was still wet.
Several drivers drove past the "barricade" and got stuck, cost Kansas state about $200,000 to redo the ramps.
