WE'RE GOING TO GO OUT ON A LIMB HERE AND SPECULATE THAT ALCOHOL MAY HAVE BEEN INVOLVED

Charges were to be filed Tuesday against a Washington man for driving under the influence during an Oct. 16 incident in which he ran over a Pittsburgh man who city police were in the process of arresting for public intoxication.

I bet it was his "I'm a Drunk" t-shirt that gave it away.

You know his lawyer is crafting a defense where the fact that he was drunk and the pedestrian was drunk is like a double-negative, whereby he becomes declared sober and charges must be dropped.

If the Steelers won the previous week, you're allowed to drive/walk around drunk in the Pittsburgh area.
