I saw this on the news this morning but they only mentioned he hit a cop who was in the process of setting up a sobriety checkpoint.
They didn't mention the t-shirt.

Would have made a good scenario for one of those police academy movies. Drunk runs into sobriety checkpoint while it's being set up.
