When I see a reptile I generally don't hang around long enough to ask if it's native or non-native.

My daughter says she's met some of the reptiles.
They usually hang around the pool wearing banana-hammocks.

I'll bet that the science classes are real cool there though. I am sure that there are many different unusual and interesting looking critters.

Looks like the reptiles migrated to DC!

"Most people in Florida don't realize when they see an animal if it's native or non-native and unfortunately, quite a few of them don't belong here and can cause harm."
The same can be said about New Yorkers.

In the 1960s, most people here in California thought the invasion of New Englanders was amusing and harmless.
Harmless, they said... X^/
Now that invasive species, and their children, are trying to knock New York off the top spot as most heavily taxed and regulated state in the Union.
